Presumably this means that you can set your own EQ levels. Does anyone know if this is the case?

Cheers!!

What is the context?

Probably does just mean you have some equilisers but it could also mean that you have just a simple thing like adjusting base and treble.

yes, that's what you'd expect. When you press the 'note' button next to 'select' and the EQ options go through POP, JAZZ, ROCK, etc. but one of them is UNIQUE. I assume that this means that you can set your own settings.. but where?!?!?!

Each of the options have their own EQ, here's the list of what they all are:

HEAVY - Strengthens both bass and treble to produce an intense sound
POPS - Strengthens the mid-range, ideal for vocals.
JAZZ - Strengthens both bass and treble to produce a balanced sound
UNIQUE - Strengthens bass, treble and mid-range sound
OFF - Normal tone

As you can see, they are all presets, so you cannot adjust any equalisation yourself. But who knows what future firmwares will hold.....
