i have sucessfully downgraded my psp from 3.03 to 1.50. I then downloaded the custom firmware 3.03 OE-C but when i start the process on the psp i get the message:

opening and checking 150.pbp.......

any ideas?

Make sure youre putting it into the correct folder. Put in the oeupd folder in psp/game not just game. Readme is a little vague on that point i found.

Have you put the 1.5 firmware eboot in the correct place and renamed it 150.PBP?
