3.10 oe popstation change

I have noticed a change in popstation when you press the home button in 3.10 oe. Instaed of saying
"Quit Game
Assign buttons
Software Manual
Screen Mode"

The screen mode option is replaced by "settings".
In the settings option there are four different options.
"Assign Controller Ports
Screen Mode
Black level adjustment
Volume level adjustment"

This shold be useful for everyone complaining about Psycho Mantis in MGS and it's not in the readme
