I've been searching for over 3 hours on how to get started/ get firmware 3.10 OE, and I can't find any help. I've got a psp version 2.82, it's not a ta-82.
Any help or even a link is greatly appreciated. Thanks

you need to upgrade to 3.03 and downgrade using an unpatched GTA LCS game

only way is to upgrade to 3.03, then degrade (requires unpatched GTA:LCS) to 1.50. Then you can upgrade to 3.10 OE, which there should be plenty of tutorials for.

upgrade to 3.03!!!! thats wut w3 told u to do
