The lowest file size PSX games in compressed EBOOT form I have seen are Crash Bandicoot 2 and Final Fantasy Origins, both being 125MB each. There could be others that are smaller than thesebut that's the smallest I've seen.

ripping is the best option. i have tombraider 3 at like 16mb in eboot fully compressed.

ya but if u get games to about 21MB than your not gettin the complete game. you will have missing sfx or bgm or even cgi cut scenes.

Well if your talking about getting PSP games under 60Mb that is classed as illegal. As it would be the ISO of the file.

but i would buy the game and then rip it.

Correct me if i am wrong. But even backups are illegal due to the aformentioned EULA. The EULA states you only have a licence to own one copy of the game per licence you buy, and that copy is already on the UMD disk, so as soon as you make a backup of it you are breaking the law.

You can only rip it if you have made a backup of the game.
