does anyone know of any nes or snes emulators that could be played on a psp with 3.03 (doesnt require downgrading?

nope,there are none you have to downgrade

all emulators are homebrew, so you need homebrew compatable firmware.

downgrade from 3.03 (if you have unpatched GTA-LCS)
Its totally safe, if done right.

if i were you, I would sell that psp and get a 1.5 from ebay.Most parents dont allow thier kids to even touch a gta game.
