Ok I learned that you can still go online with your dreamcast (something I didnt know) and i popped in my web browser disk (1.0 by the way) and tried to set it up it all went good until it said DNS servers or something like that and wanted me to fill it in . Now I have no idea what that is and hoping to get some answers by the way i have AOL 9.0 if that has to do with anything. And I really want to go online with my DC to try it out.And to play Quake 3. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

You need the latest dreamkey (3.0 i think) from sega, it's free and mine came in 3 days. Just order it from the website.

Is it still possible to put a dreamcast online still,
by that i mean in 2005 and with one that is not registered with dreamarena yet.

Basicaly all I'm getting is sega europe saying "Install the latest flash update" when I follow the link then macromedia flash says it doesn't support my platform?... that's not any flash program i've found so far, but it only wants to give me flash7.

I'm very confused.
has the dreamcast died online now?

Ive always wondered, has anyone ever created a generic BB adapter or created one by hand?

a homemade bba? no

dreamkey should work on any dc, its just a improved browser + you can use our own interent provider (actually you have too)

Thought I'd revive this a little as I have just tried to go online with Quake 3 but failed at the authenticating stage. I've got Dream Key 3.0 from Sega and used the default BT Click info but this hasn't helped with Quake.

Does anyone know what I should be doing next? I'm sure this would help out Grimgravy too.

While this topic is on the move...does anyone know how I can get my DC modem to connect via my router? If that's possible... or where I might find/look for such info?

Having a look around, it seems it's the US Version of Quake that's still online.

Can anyone verify this? If so how's it work?
