yes delete the seplugins folder in mem stick root reboot your psp and then reinstall the seplugins for pops go back into recovery and re enable them and then when you start a psx game select the correct firmware to run on.

In my opinion you should either use original from flash, or 3.11... I recommend installing the pops loader plugin using this installer:

http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/1061

This will install all the pops plugins from all the firmwares. I'm guessing it won't work because you don't have the 3.03 pops plugin.

If you can send me a private message with your e-mail i will send you all you need plus full instructions cos you need to decrypt 3.11 official firmware then use pbp unpacker & psardumper to extract some files that u need to use and then tell pops to run 3.11 and then it will play all psx games from any version of pops but i cant send them till tomorrow afternoon cos my monitor is broken on pc and i get my new one tomorrow morning and i all my files and progs are on that one I am using my laptop at the moment and i have nothing on it.

-EDIT-

you say you have the option for 3.11 in pops have you already decrypted 3.11?

If you followed the read me file in the pops for 3.100e plugin then it will have been 3.11 you decrypted in which case you need to choose 3.11 in pops and should work well

Use something like Ultra ISO or, what I use, ISO Producer.

I would think it should be ok I use the original popstaion that came with 3.02.oe and put your iso your keys.bin your cygwin.dll and your custom icons in the same folder and run command line i know the new pops that comes with 3.10oe has built in compression aswell.
