theme request: loco-roco

heyy, i was wondering if someone could make a loco-roco theme for psp. id do it myself, but i dont have photoshop on my computer (isnt that the only software that can change the layers for the icons so it doesnt have a black background?) i have some pics that i have taken, so if someone wanted to cut the picture to make icons or whatever.

edit: ah, im mad. my favorite pic of my loco roco adventures is missing!! (that means its in some backup folder on my computer)
