Are there any good homebrew fighting games for the PSP... I know there is that clone of SMB but it gets kinda old are there any games like that... Or actually a game like this... http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/335777 ?

Why don't you get the neogeo emulator? It has Metal Slug on it.

Do you think all the people have a NeoGeo? Getting a homebrew fighting game is more easy since it's free.

Mortal Kombat II for the SNES, Streets of Rage 2 for the Genesis (it's a beat em up but really good.)

but shinobi 3 for genesis is my favorite game of all time (does it count as fighting?)

^but if you were to download it, you would already know how good it was because you own the game.

so? If we talk legally, you need to dump the bios from the neogeo, get the game and dump it also.

There are alot of good fighting games on the Psp CPS1 and CPS2 emulators. Even all of the bootlegg versions work now.

This isn't homebrew but tekken for the psp was just plain awesome.
I just wanted to say the same...
Moreover I think Tekken3 which is really good too works on the PSOne emulator...
