he is being a nob because he was stupid enough to try and flash a topmenu into 3.10oe-a, and someone hasn't helped him as soon as he said.

i got it from a thead that says that it would work in 3.10oe-a'. not my fault it didnt.

The backgrounds work, not the TopMenus. And you ALWAYS BACKUP. Geez, you need to be patient. Besides, distributing the file you want is illegal. Just use Recovery Mode to restore your PSP to 1.50 then re-upgrade. Probably should just stick with 3.03 OE-C.
