When 3.10-OE came out we all realized that it was impossible to edit the topmenu_plugin.rco without semi-bricking your PSP, well apparently that's because the Japanese relies of the firmware had a extra icon the PlayStationSpot icon (for proof look at the Japanese fimwhere history on the official PSP website, or the wikipida PSP site.) Sony only partially delited that icon in the North American and European relies. (The icon also caused abnormallys when a Japanese 3.10 Eboot was used to generad the Data.dax for OE flashing) Supposedly adding the icon to custom topmenu_plugin.rco wold make them work under 3.10-OE.

Now let’s see what dax comes up with for this :)

It's an interesting tid bit, but it's not news bro. Most scene insiders know all this kind of stuff already anyways.

And there are other reasons that the topmenu_plugin.rco can't be customized on 3.10 OE...

DAX gave a few hints at the answer, and said after his break he may look into it, if no one has it figured out by then...
