You can only upload/execute (commercial) code that has been signed by Nintendo using wireless multiboot because the firmware verifies the 1024-bit RSA signature. It is impossible to generate our own signatures because we do not know the private key. However, it *is* possible to remove the signature check by modifying the firmware. This means that you will be able to upload/execute homebrew code without the need for a GBA flash cart on a modified Nintendo DS. Only downside is that you will need to modify your firmware first using passme/wifime and GBA flash cart.
