i put all of the right files in GAME150 but when i run the prog of the memstick it says 150.pbp cant be found i have it in the folder along with 303.pbp and oeupdatemaker and oeupdatemaker%

Try getting the 1.50 eboot from another source.

I just recommend getting an easy installer... You can find one in the AIO section of the Utilities section on PSP-Hacks.
