I have been wondering, and have done for a while now, if it would be possible to view mpg video files etc. on your psp without having to actually convert them to .mp4. Is there anyone who knows if the psp can manipulate a piece of homebrew software capable of viewing the mpg file on the psp. i have tried PSPlayerMT that in a sense sort of lets you view it but now all files....
If anyone had any ideas that they could contribute it would be really helpful!

The problem is, i dont know the 1st thing about programming! but would really like to see this happen?

What do you guys think?

Would really appreciate any views and options in enabling mpg viewing!

thanks

the only way i know of to play is to convert the file, i have an application where all you do is click and drag. but this would be handy though, saves the time of converting, but it hasnt been done... yet
