Black and red PSP theme OE-C compatible

OK this theme is a combination of 2 themes.

the Icons are the Black Rhizura Icons ("http://forums.qj.net/f-psp-mods-media-18/t-release-black-rhizura-xmb-icons-98767.html" ) :)
i edited the topmenu with the RCO EDITOR so there are a few interesting screens (one of them is loading a game in the wrong kernel):eek:
the background was csutom made by my good friend PSP Nikos who also makes the PSP Custom Packs:thumbup: :thumbup:
and I made the Wave

I'm also inclusing the SCEP plugin bevause it goes reall y well with the theme.

I followed every step correctly in the "Readme" that was attached. Upon exiting my recovery menu I got nothing but a black screen. I turned off my Psp and re-entered the recovery menu and enabled the SCE logo since I had it off originally, exited the recovery menu again. Now the Logo comes up and instead of a Black screen I have a White screen with nothing on but the battery indicator. Not sure what to do from here. Any help would would be greatly appreciated. :confused:

go to THEME SETTINGS then THEME and change it to teh JANUARY THEME and did u flash the topmenu becuase if u did should have had black icons on teh white screen

I couldn't do anything. All that boot up post the SCE logo would be the blank white screen and the battery indicator, No icons, No time, No date.

then take out the OPENING_PLUGIN and replace it with ur own

Heh, I'm stupid. I'm on 3.10 OE, misread the thread title. Might switch over to 3.03 OE-C Just for this theme pack, it really is very nice :)

hey.. a guide came with the theme.. read it its all in there.. my personal advice is make a backup copy of ur flash0 before overwriting it just incase. if u're sure u have enough space in flash0 that is. if u came across "disk full" prompt, get flash agent, pretty useful software.

I have a psp 3.40 eo-a and i flashed this on 2 my psp. And if i turn my psp on i get nothing but a black screen and it turns of after like 1 minute. SOME1 HELP ME!!!! this sucks.... :(

You bricked your PSP, try going to recovery mode and downgrading.

It is referring to your Flash0 memory, try using a smaller background or even using a Flash0 cleaner/shrinker. Afterwards, you should be fine to go.

But is this compatable with 3.40 OE-A? Or should I not bother at all?

Downloaded. Hey, I tried to enable USB with a cable plugged in(And without, same result) and the recovery menu freezes, and the unit powers down. The cable works for sure, I tested it on the unit just now. Additionally, I tried this in both firmware 1.50 and 3.40 using the recovery mode to change it.

I'm running 3.40 OE-A, and this skin is beautiful, so I'd appreciate some quick help. Thanks.

Lol you guys, you have to have a card in to acess flash0. That doesn't make sense.

Anyhow. I cannot get the PSP to load at all. It powers down after the sony logo... but for some reason, the battery thing displays before it hooks up. Tipzors, anyone? Please tell me it's not only for 3.03...
If it is, direct me to an XMB customizer for 3.40OE-A. Now that I know how to work with flash0. What is flash1 for?

you have to boot recovery mode<advanced<flash0 with a USB connection, than put the files in the appropriate folders.

Remember back up everything, including the flash0 folders, there is always a chance of a brick.
