i have a problem with a multi track disk one for audio one for data how do i go about converting te disc

Try ripping it with Clone CD. It's free. Thats what I use.
It should work fine.

Use CDRWin from golden hawk technologies it's not free but works, alternatively you could try to drag and drop the contents of the disc to a folder on your desktop and then use magic iso or iso buster to create an image.

thanks, i have 2 more questions what popstation should i use, and doesnt it have to be an iso not ccd format?

oh i got a question not exactly popstation but if you own the game but dl it from a torrent for example is it still ilegal???

It is legal provided its the same in every way e.g. region format(pal/ntsc) etc, and you own the original.
