do i need to convert to keys.bin, eboot.pbp, or both? and were do i put them on mem stick?

it needs to be converted to eboot.pbp and when done make a folder the same name as yout game put your eboot, keys.bin and base in that folder folder and then in the game folder on your mem stick depending what firmware you are running you could use autopopstation4 which uses the data.psp file removing the need for keys and base.
