The PSP Elf Interpreter has now been upgraded to v0.4 the PSP Elf Interpreter lets you play homebrew files made for your PSP on a PC so in essence its a Homebrew PSP Emulator for Windows, it requires sdl.dll to work and it works via command line, the program now has a menu when executed, you can download the PSP Elf Interpreter vo.4 at our page here --> http://psp-news.dcemu.co.uk/pspelf.shtml
