flashing the ds lite

ok so ive got a r4ds, and ive loaded the flashme update to it, it loads up press start x b x b, can i flash my ds with the r4 card, anyone?

You will be able to flash it, yes, but be warned that if the DS turns off before the entire process has been completed, you won't be able to initiate the emergency recovery code to reflash it, as that requires a slot-2 device that can be booted by FlashMe.

Given that the DS Lites are notorious for turning off in the middle of flashing for no particular reason, I'd suggest holding off until you can ensure that you can recover the DS if things go wrong.
