Is there an up-to-date (one made this year) wiki or list of the "best" (most compatible / fastest) PSP emulators anywhere? I'm finding it a little hard figuring out which emulator's best for the more obscure systems.

Yes, I'm aware of both of these things, though neither of them are a list nor a wiki detailing which emulator is the best or most compatible for each console.
