Thers been an NES Emulator for PSP, along with SNES, GB, GBC, GEN, GG, MAME, GBA, PSX, N64(almost) and many others. Try googling NES Emulator for PSP

Awww crap. I just realized that this emulator requires a 1.5 psp, and I have a 3.30 OE one. I have also noticed that all of my custom games no longer work when I try to run them like pmp vlc. Should I downgrade back to 1.5, can I downgrade?

Try sticking the files of the nes emulator in the ms0:\psp\game150 folder.

ok, hold down the PSP switch on/off for a long time, till the light goes black. Now hold down the Right Trigger and start it. Now in that screen go to

Configuration

then where it shows 3.30ea set that to 1.5 kernal, and exit that recovery screen. Bingo! Your done! :)
