Disk switching

Hi, I have just completed final fantasy VII but it says to disk swap at the end of the first disk. How do I do it?
I saved before the swap message, so that shouldn't be a problem.

just try to switch the game on the psp from disk one to disk 2 at the save point

or just load up disk 2

When you convert the game make sure it has the same save ID and game ID or it won't detect your save file. Often the GUI program will give you the option to change these IDs. :]
