Usa psp?

Hello, can somebody give me some advice please. I am wanting to get a Psp from america (my brother is in LA at the moment) as they are a lot cheaper than back here in the UK.

Anyway my question is can a Usa version work in the UK and also can it be downgraded so you can put homebrew on it. I am not very technical on game machines so i hope you understand whatb i mean.

Also where in La are the best and cheapest of course to buy a new PSP

Yes, you can use an american PSP on UK and downgrade without problems ;)
