Correct, you are using the forums improperly. And there's no way that the PSP will ever emulate the PS2.

funny thing is like a million people said that ps1 emu would take too long and be too hard to be possible. just like you couldn't downgrade a 2.71 PSP.

you could get ps2 to work, if you really wanted it to...
