Wipeout has released a download (US version) in the Download section. It is "Gamma Pack 1". Didn't see this posted, so I figured I would.

where can i get it from, its not on the us psp site as it says in manual for wipeout?

It is for me. Just load up Wipeout, go to Downloads, and it's there.

[EDIT] Downloading now.
Done. Took about 2 minutes.
It's working. The Gamma pack appears to be the next league after Alpha. First track is called "Staten Park".

Do you have to usethe psp wireless, is there any way to download onto a laptop and put it on with a usb cable?

I'm pretty sure you have to use the PSP. I think the website limits the download to only the PSP.

There are lots of wireless access points most of the time. Dunkin Donuts have them, and so do most hotels.

dude, there has'nt been a "dunkin donuts" in london for years, suprisingly we've got plenty of "starbucks" though! cheers.

Just downloaded it using someone else's wireless network(an estate agent's shop) only took 2 mins and no fees or subscriptions needed:)

You can use the usb cable as well. Just go to www.wipeoutpure.com and download it there. You have to register, but it does not cost you anything.

is it just me or does the wipeout downloads page take aaaaages to load them pictures....?

Nope, I had no problems at all downloading it. No errors. No long loading times.

Also if you do not have a connection, just walk around your neighborhood/appartment and try to mooch off of someone elses :D
