is there any way of down-grading it???
May 11th, 2007, 20:24
no you cant do anything unofficial to a psp with 3.10 +
downgraders are homebrew.

Sorry. You can't run homebrew on a PSP unless it is running firmware version 1.5 or one of the custom firmwares. You can't install firmware version 1.5 or upgrade to a custom firmware from any official firmware version later than 3.03.
So, for now, you're SOL. It's possible that in the future exploits may be discovered in 3.40 that will allow downgrading to 1.5. If homebrew is important to you, then don't upgrade any further.
There is a modchip available, or you can buy a homebrew ready PSP from SuccessHK, amongst other places.
