I just bought Resident Evil 2 (Dual-Shock Edition) CD-1(Leon)... just for $5 in one of my game store.

When I inserted it in my computer, I used Alcohol 120% to rip it. It created 4 files:

- Resident2CD1.ccd (974 bytes)
- Resident2CD1.cue (115 bytes)
- Resident2CD1.img (689,803 kbytes)
- Resident2CD1.sub (28,156 kbytes)

Then I used popgui 1.72 to create the EBOOT.PBP, it created a EBOOT.PBP (442,307 kbytes). I putted it in MS0:PSP/GAME/Resident Evil 2 -Dual Shock - CD1

I only got a corrupted data... what I can do?

BTW: I have custom waves, battery and volume icon, background, top menu, opening and gameboot... does pops stop working for flashing or what? or do I need to use other program, like icetea?

Can anyone help me?

use magic iso pro

or alcohol (i dont use alcohol)

turn it into a bin/cue

use icetea to convert

then use the patch so you can get out of the police station

This used to happen to me too...
I fixed it though!
Use PSX2PSP 1.2, and convert with no backgrounds or the like.
Then it should come up on the XMB successfully.
Remember to use the GAME ID fix!

When converting, use the original resident evil 2 leon jap code. It was something like SLPS 01222 I think.

Also try replaceing your opening_plugin with the original, it worked for me.

I changed the opening_plugin.rco and gameboot.pmf to the originals ones.... and still corrupted data...

I think a need something like poploader

popsloader has nothing to do with this. Use your original opening_plugin, or use something like lolstation.

This may sound stupid, but do I put the eboot.pbp and key.bin in game folder or in game340?

I did that at the begining... what can I do...???

I change programs to convert the .img to eboot.pbp and key.bin

I change my custom opening_plugin.rco and gameboot.pmf with the original ones.

I changed the eboot.pbp to game, game150 and game340... and changed the kernel mode too...

what else can I do? I still have the corrupted data...

well going off of the directory that you posted in the first post it sounds like you renamed the file after it was done converting DON'T DO THIS you need to leave the game id as the folder name so your directory this time would be ms0: psp/game/slps01222 no spaces or anything just like that and your psx game wont be corrupted anymore, well shouldent nevermind lol good to hear you got it working

Give the second disk the same ID's as disk one.
Then, disk 2 will load disk 1 data. And then just carry on.

I need MASSIVE HELP.
Well, I have 3.10 OE-A', and I installed all of the necessary files in the se-plugins.
Now, a problem. I put Castlevania on there, and everytime I select it, it freezes on a black screen!

What can I do to remedy this?

Dude, did you try putting it in the GAMES folder and not GAME150?
That's how I fixed it up.
