Editting a Custom

How do i custom my XMB for my 3.40 oe-a PSP.

A: What tools do i need ?

No tools, just boot into recovery, (R as you boot), Advanced, toggle flash0. Make a backup. Now copy the files to /vsh/resource/ and copy the ltn0.pgf file to /font/.

Easy as pie. :p
