playing metroid games on snes emulator for psp

anyone else ecnounter problems on the psp snes emulator playign suepr metroid? it flickers everytime you get hit. I aslo have this problem with other games and other emulators like genesis. It just ruins the experience imo.

If Samus is disappearing when she is hit it's probably the frame-skip. If the game is slowing down, you should set the CPU to 333. The game runs fine for me except a couple texture issues.

it is frameskip. Even if you set it to 1. samus will disappear. The game should run fine excepting when you are in maridia, there are slowdown in this area.
