Any PSP running firmware 3.03 or lower is able to be downgraded to allow homebrew to run.

If the PSP is running firmware 2.80 or below you can downgrade without needing an unpatched copy of GTA:LCS. 2.81 - 3.03 you need that UMD to downgrade.
