Well I've solded all the right wires, grounded pin 6 & 7 made the circuit, tested the voltage with a multimeter (got 3 vlt's) and every thing seems to be fine excpet it dosnt work. I get no picture at all, the monitor dosn't even come out of standby mode ( I've tried it on 3 different ones, 2 crt's and 1 lcd). Another problem I'm having is when I plug it in to a tv 1/3 of the screen is black and the picture has seemed to be moved up the screen ( I tried it the previous night and it worked) and I can't use 60 hertz anymore.
