i got my G6 real from NxpGame.com (they dont sell M3 Simply though, only R4)

RealHotStuff is a great retailer. Based out of the US, they ship very quickly for fairly cheap prices (I got my package after about 3 days). I'd recommend them.

I've also heard that DealExtreme has great prices but is very slow to ship.

Gameyeeeah is also a good place but shipping is slow (about 2 weeks) but they are reliable. I got my M3 Lite from there.
