DS Lite Sleep mode?

well i just got my ds lite the other day. And well i just wanted to know how long can a DS Lite stay in sleep mode?

a ds lite at max brightness can stay in sleep mode for a week.

well bout time someone replied lol, dang thats a long time. thanks for telling me that =). now i can just leave it in sleep mode all the time.
