2 problems:
Whenever i play FFVII and cloud does a regular attack and lands it, a wierd beep plays

In FFVIII while junctioning a GF, wierd beeps play while i junction.
*these occur in other smaller tasks too at times

Is this common, a problem from my discs, or something else. I tried bringing my firmware from 3.40 to 3.30 OE-A' but the same problems occured so i brought it back to 3.40 OE-A. Any ideas? Im fairly sure its my discs (even though theres barely any scratches) Just wondering if it can be fixed if not, ill just ignore it.

but would it be my original discs that i uploaded or my psp itself because the problem persists on both games

It's the emulator. The sound effects on FF7-9 are all squares and sines basically. The emulator doesn't compress or process the sound the way it should. So instead of hearing a sword slash you hear a weird beeping sort of noise.

thank you, and this probably occurs on all ps1 emulators then?
