PSP emulator for windows

Does anyone know of an emulator for windows that plays psp games?

I tried using pspe, but i got confused with which files go where, so help with that would be appreciated too

What kind of games do you want to run?
PSPE is VERY old.

There is no emulator for PC nor any other platform that can run commercial PSP games.

There was a very limited emulator that could run (with many bugs) a puzzle bobble game but thats about it.
