Need Help!

Can anybody tell me how to get downloaded games onto your psp ? i have downloaded games and when i unzip them there are 3 files inside 1 is an iso file but which one do i need to put on the psp also when i do manage to get a game on there all its says is data corrupt.

You probably aren't even on the right firmware, and even so, no iso talk.
