Replacing the whole flash with a Decrypted normal 3.10 is the dummest thing I have ever heard.

First off, 3.10 flash0 files don't work on 3.40.
Secondly, an entire flash0 regardless of fw, will undoubtedly brick your psp.

The location free player is located under:
flash0:/vsh/nodule/lftv_plugin.prx

You'll have to find it yourself, as it's illegal to share decrypted prx files.

Which is as simple as using psar dumper.

There is an app that enables it on 3.40, maybe flash agent?

I found flash agent but it doesn't have that option

there has to be some way

if you are are on an internet cable on your computer it is pretty good
if you are on your psp you need pretty good wirelles it might skip every minute i wasn't that happy but it is fine add me to your friends cause if you do get it i need to tell you how to put it on 340OE-A

yea i was thinking about getting it exactly for the psp, but i thought it also served as a wifi transmitter i didnt know i would need a router >_< since i dont have one this is getting to sound a little bit too expensive. I thought it was like a satellite kinda mobile thing lol i think i would rather go with a router though since i hear this thing has a key code so you can only use it on one pc, is this correct?

Location Free player (last time I checked, which has been a while) does broadcast WiFi signal. However it is only WiFi-B, which for speed is fine since this is all the PSP has anyway, but for range it kinda sucks. Yes you will need a router with it, unless you don't mind not having internet on your PC. But that would just suck. If you have no other need for WiFi capabilities then you would only need a wired router (otherwise referred to as a wired switch, NOT a wired hub). As for quality, TV quality in general sucks balls, when broadcast over WiFi-B (11Mbps) it doesn't allow it to be much better. I have had it hooked up to a satellite connection before though and it worked pretty well. It is not like satellite radio where you can take it anywhere, but with a decent internet connection (and a proper configuration) you will be able to get it at any wireless hotspot (i.e. Starbucks). If they have since released a LFP base station that does not include wireless I am unaware of it. Like I said, I havn't looked at them in quite some time.

it does include wireless but you cannot get your stream off of it it has to be a sepperate router
