Is there an official list of working emulators for the DS flash carts? Even the R4?

The DCEmu main page for the DS would probably be a good site to visit, ya know...

I had another good site, but it appears to be down at the moment =/

The version numbers may be out of date but the emulators themselves are there.

Looks like a pretty resourceful site, but you have to have an account to download anything. Problem with that is the option to create an account is not enabled. :(

Plan to get a GB, NES, SNES, Genesis emulators.

What are the best NES and SNES emulators?
They need to work with the r4.
