how do i burn mdf files?

i just downloaded a game torrent and i got a mds and mdf file but i dont know what to to with them do i convert them to cdi?

It's basically the same concept as burning bin/cue files for old ps1 games with fireburner. Except now, you use Alcohol 120% and direct it to the .mds file (the really small one) then it will automatically load the .mdf file (the huge one) and burn it for you.

I don't know if you are familiar with Alcohol 120% or not, but right before you hit burn (which i do safely at 4x or 8x) you have to change a drop-down setting in that same window to "RAW DAO", which i believe is for self-booting, but not sure.

You don't even need the full version of Alcohol 120%, just go to their main website and download the trial for now.
