I have 3.40 OE and all the emulatros wich i have works fine.
this is my list:

Master System: MMSPlus 1.1
Mega Drive: DGEN 1.7 and PSPGenesis 0.18
PC-Engine: PCEP 0.7 (quite buggy, but works)
SNES: Snes9x_TYL
Neo Geo: MVSPSP
CPS-1, CPS-2: CPS1PSP, CPS2PSP
NES:Nesterj 1.20 beta
GBA: gpSP
Mac OS: Basilisk 2 (must swich kernel mode to 1.5)

Just put the emulators folders (insde the must exists EBOOT.pbp) in game150 !

You can find all then in Dcemu !

Switch your kernel to Game150 folder. Hold R on startup to access recovery then change it

The EBOOT.PBP file of each emulator must be inside in the next folder of GAME folder.Any other combination will show nothing or "Corrupted Data"
EX:
E:/PSP/GAME150/DGEN/DGEN.170/EBOOT.PBP will show "Corrupted Data"
E:/PSP/GAME150/DGEN/EBOOT.PBP wil work
