killzone lib online problems

i have a killzone .com acount, but when on my psp i go to online combat and enter my details, i just get "the handle is not recognised with this password". are the mp acounts seperate? my user is Anonymous_D is the underscore a problem?

Handle... a red slip came with your PSP... you need to go to the www.yourpsp.com and sign up using the code on the red slip!
