im on 3.40 oea i was just using devhook for usb host an i turned my psp off now i can only get to the xmb if i go through recovery first how can i fix this!?

go to 1.5 and reinstall oe

Don't use devhook to play via usb - there is a plugin for custom firmware to allow you to do it from the xmb.
