starting to make themes need tools and tutorial

hi im going to start making some xmb themes and wondered what tools i will need because i cant seem to find an rco editor that will work with 3.40 oe and if theres anything else i will need and if there are any tutorials plz tell me

cheers mate looks like the tutorials only go up to version 3.03 though and i was hoping to share the themes i made and only a select few have 3.03 oe anyone else have some quality tutorial or tools that can help me

Use that tut, then convert the topmenu for 3.40 when your done.
