Genesis emulators not working on 3.40 OE-A

I've put both the latest DGEN and PSPGenesis emulators in my Game150 folder and neither are booting up. I've switched the Kernel to 1.50 and 3.40 but have had no success in either coming up.

Any suggestions?

Try them in the GAME folder with kernel at 1.5

This is how i have mine setup

3.40 OE-A with the 1.5 kernel on.
pspgenesis in the games folder.

i have problems because my games don't load.

I have:
3.40oe-a
DGEN 1.70
Roms in the GAME150 folder

And the roms aren't showing up, any suggestions. What is this kernel thing?
