Unfortunatly the source to System Shock was never released, nor would DosBox be able to keep up with the DS hardware being as low as it is, but it would be quite amazing if someone wrote up some sort of System Shock clone for the DS, or if the company who owns the rights to it would port it themselves.
With BioShock on the way, I think this would be the perfect time, it's like this game was made for the DS to begin with! :)
