Help Please, I have just bought the psp camera when i plug it in i get an error message saying "Connect a camera that is compatible with the PSP system to the USB connector. (80108D50)" it is an official sony camera and am running PSP Sytem software Ver:3.51. Anyone have any ideas????:confused:

try screwing it in and out a few times. Make sure the camera is not screwed on too tight. Also sometimes there is dust in the usb port so blow through it a few times. Also try reseting your psp a few times as well.

If nothing works, then contact the people you bought it from and tell them that they sent you a broken Item and they should replace it.

No batts, it just plugs straight into the PSP usb port, it should be plug n play (its not big enough for batts)? still stuck :-(

I had the same error what it is is the plug not the usb the two prongs there not cunducting properly clean the two prong slots with a q-tip that is all it is
