I was wondering if there was any way of moddifying the XMB in a way so that you go to games->MemoryStick and a short list of categories comes up IE
Emulators
Homebrew Games
Applications
Etc
to sorta divide up the ever growing list of icons on my memory stick. I'm hoping to upgrade to even more storage space in the near future which means MORE crap on the stick and I think this would be a handy way to stay organized.

I've thought of this same thing too.

Possibly implemented by some prx maybe?

Of course it's possible, we just need to figure out how to do it, if we haven't already.

I do remember seeing that someone had a resized XMB, I dunno it might be relevant

No, that has to do with icons, not folder structure.
