transporting psone saves to pc to play with emulater and back

I want to know is there a way for me to take my psone game saves from the memory card and use it on a psx emulater without using a dex drive

i have:
Play Station 2
swap magic 3.6
action replay Max
ulaunch

also taking the save i just moved to play on my pc (PSX EMU) back to ps2

Hmmm.... I know uLaunchELF can export game saves to a host over the network. You might want to tinker with the various SaveGame editors that are floating around to see if you can get the right combination to work.

I'm quite sure it's possible.

figured it out!!!
use these 4 programs

-ulaunch 4.12
use file browser to copy and paste file from mc0/ mc1 to mass(USB DRIVE)

-psx raw converter "psxrvc11"
to turn the file into a "psx game edit" File

-psx game edit "psxge160"
convert file to ".mc" now
-psx mem tool
convert to ".mcr" to use with epsxe
