this was announced in psp-hacks.com's irc chat a few minutes ago....


Global- [Mathieulh] I have to anounce you the bad news that Mathieulh died from fugu poisoning a few hours ago, I am his step brother in law and I am using his account to anounce you the bad news now

Fugu is Japanese for blowfish. It is incredibly dangerous if you eat it and it isn't made by a professional.

I really hope he is ok.

i had to look it up.

and the whole "step brother-in-law" thing.....

It's obvious that this is a lame joke..

Even if he dies, his family wouldn't know his name online, they won't be sitting on the PC due to tragic events (if this was even real). Plus, Mathieulh is still talking on IRC..

yes, it is. he wanted publicity by doing this. i was pretty sure it was fake (expecially the fish thing)

Mathieulh == faked his own death.... that was dumb

even stranger, he called it a "Hoax", not a joke.
